Terms & Conditions

By selling your phone or device to money4phones, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ownership – You confirm that you are the sole and rightful owner of the device(s) sold to money4phones.

2. Inspection & Testing – All devices will be inspected and tested prior to payment.

3. Non-Eligible Devices – Payment will not be made for devices that are:

• Faulty or damaged
• Replica or counterfeit
• Blocked, stolen, or blacklisted
• Passcode locked or iCloud locked
• Tampered with in any way
• Loaded with MDM (Mobile Device Management) software
• Refurbished 

4. Payment Information – You must ensure all payment information provided is accurate. money4phones is not responsible for delays in bank processing or caused by incorrect bank details provided. Payment is made via bank transfer or PayID and includes GST.

5. Device Inclusion – Devices must include the complete original box with matching serial and IMEI numbers.

6. Identification – you must present your photo ID when selling your device.

7. Right to Refuse – money4phones reserves the right to refuse any device at its discretion.

8. Proof of Purchase – You must provide the original proof of purchase for us to sight when requested.
